Material is looking for a Sr. Director of Account Management to join our team! In this role you will develop strong partnerships and growth with a portfolio of clients. You will be the clients’ primary contact and are responsible for day-to-day account operations. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience delivering organic account growth and a natural ability to listen to opportunities and bring solutions that meet the business goals of our clients. This role requires strong strategic thinking, obsessive organization, and strong communication skills. You must be able to have tough conversations, clearly set client expectations, and collaborate with an internal cross-functional team including strategy, creative, CRM, data analytics, experience design and technology. You must be able to keep sight of the big picture while focusing on the minutia, supporting and contributing to teams' success, managing timelines, and tracking project health.
