About The Position

What success looks like in this role: • Oversees Client Delivery across the enterprise. • Engages with Sales & Sales Excellence, Marketing & Communications, Engineering & Product Development and other leaders to establish overall Client Delivery direction and ensure processes are in place for effective and efficient service delivery. • Works cross-functionally to build a matrixed support structure and ensure provision of integrated services to meet complex client needs. • Serves as subject matter expert for programs, systems and technologies within Unisys and for key external clients and stakeholders. • Leverages strong relationships with engineering, product, marketing, sales, etc. to ensure information sharing and collaboration. • Monitors the competition and industry for trends / changes in how client support is provided, adapting and applying, as appropriate, within the company. You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 10-15 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Graduate degree preferred This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 10-15 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 6-8 years’ leadership experience
