About The Position

Reporting to the Sr Manager of Digital Strategy, AI, and Data Enablement this Digital Product Manager role within Commercial IT is a highly cross-functional role responsible for the end-to-end success of multiple high-profile digital health products within the Cardiology Insights/Data Lab portfolio and FORGE production support environment. This role uniquely blends Business Analysis, Product Management, Scrum Mastery, and DevOps Support Supervision to ensure products are strategically aligned, clinically relevant, operationally reliable, and continuously delivering value in a highly regulated healthcare setting. This person will bring their excitement, experience and customer focus to a dynamic and cross functional team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital trends.
  • Data driven decision maker - understanding the relationship between key operational metrics and business drivers in the context of the organization's industry and how closely related teams integrate with others to accomplish their objectives and drive efficiencies.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a history of making challenging tradeoffs in establishing product priorities that have required sophisticated analyses and challenging negotiations
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Cardiology Insights/Data Lab products, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, clinical workflows, and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary interface between business, clinical, and technology stakeholders, translating business and clinical requirements into clear product definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog, balancing strategic priorities, customer feedback, data insights, and operational considerations.
  • Analyze existing data structures and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Establish and track measurable product objectives and outcomes, using analytics and stakeholder feedback to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Continuously assess market, customer, and domain trends in cardiology, digital health, and data analytics to inform product evolution and decision-making.
  • Lead and support Agile delivery execution across cross-functional teams, incorporating Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design practices.
  • Facilitate and support core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure clear scope, realistic commitments, and consistent delivery of high-quality product increments.
  • Promote a high-performing, collaborative team culture, emphasizing transparency, continuous improvement, and shared accountability.
  • Communicate delivery status, dependencies, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Provide oversight and supervision for DevOps and production support activities, including incident management, escalation, root cause analysis, and post-incident review.
  • Partner with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to ensure operational reliability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal SOPs, and documentation standards, collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Privacy, and Security stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, monitoring, and support models to improve stability, response times, and customer satisfaction.
