About The Position

The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator owns the development, execution and coordination of digital marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial activation across Zep Industrial’s priority markets. The role carries operational ownership for digital campaign delivery, marketing communications execution, digital channel management, and performance reporting aligned with defined Industrial Marketing Strategy priorities. The position is responsible for strategic direction and campaign objectives and requires progressive autonomy in managing marketing initiatives, accountability for execution outcomes, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or campaign execution roles
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and web content

  • Experience creating digital marketing assets and campaign materials
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or marketing automation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, email, web, and marketing automation channels
  • Manage timelines, campaign components, and cross-functional inputs to ensure effective execution
  • Drive digital marketing activities supporting product launches, innovation initiatives, and sales activation programs
  • Own the creation and production of digital marketing assets that support campaign delivery, including: Social media graphics Simple digital advertisements Email campaign visuals Website graphics and campaign support materials
  • Lead the development of case studies, blog content, and promotional materials that highlight Zep Industrial solutions, liaising with sales leads.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign messaging
  • Own execution of marketing communications initiatives across digital channels aligned with approved campaign plans
  • Manage content scheduling and coordination across marketing platforms
  • Monitor engagement performance and implement improvements to enhance channel effectiveness
  • Manage website updates and campaign landing page readiness
  • Ensure product and marketing content is accurate, current, and aligned with campaign priorities
  • Contribute to SEO-focused content improvements supporting campaign performance
  • Drive digital marketing participation related to events, including campaign promotion, communication support, and post-event content activation
  • Manage digital sponsorship promotion and campaign visibility initiatives
  • Contribute to maximising marketing value from event participation
  • Own execution of email marketing initiatives and digital lead generation activities using marketing automation platforms
  • Coordinate campaign workflows and support optimisation of marketing database utilisation
  • Own monitoring and reporting of digital campaign performance metrics including engagement, traffic, and lead indicators
  • Prepare campaign reports and contribute insights to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen execution processes and digital performance
  • Complete internal training on marketing technologies and platforms (e.g. HubSpot), organised and funded by Zep Industrial
  • Apply platform knowledge to improve campaign execution efficiency and reporting quality
  • Conduct research into emerging marketing tools, competitor activity, and digital trends relevant to industrial target audiences
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on opportunities to enhance marketing performance
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales teams, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness of campaign deliverables
  • Coordinate digital marketing materials supporting customer engagement programs and commercial initiatives
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability for execution outcomes
