The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Digital Marketing & Technology and collaborates with the broader marketing team to execute and enhance digital initiatives across email, social media, and internal communication platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering and optimizing digital campaigns that engage both external audiences and internal associates. The coordinator contributes to the implementation of digital best practices and tools to ensure consistency, efficiency, and impact across all digital touchpoints while working cross-functionally with business units and stakeholders to advance marketing goals and elevate the digital experience for associates and clients. The Impact You’ll Make Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop email content and templates aligned with brand standards Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis Maintain email lists and ensure compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations Manage scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of content across corporate social media channels using tools such as Sprout Social Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives Support the associate social media advocacy program and provide guidance on digital and social best practices Create monthly and campaign-specific social media performance reports Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites and intranet pages to ensure content is current, relevant, and engaging Partner with internal teams to support internal communication initiatives through digital channels Assist in the creation and development of digital reporting and analytics across web, email, and social platforms
