In this role, you will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including website management, content creation, social media, and search engine optimization, helping ensure the organization’s marketing goals are met. Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum of two years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on digital marketing
  • Strong creativity with experience developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Increasing brand awareness by planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Managing and maintaining the MuleHide website, including content updates and coordination with the website host and internal teams
  • Creating and coordinating digital marketing content across multiple formats, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and audio/podcast content
  • Managing and supporting social media channels by creating content, maintaining posting schedules, and monitoring engagement
  • Implementing, tracking, and analyzing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform improvements
  • Collaborating with designers, communication professionals, and external partners to maximize the effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Staying current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
