The Role This is an internal role focused on driving SH/FT’s own demand and growth marketing. As the Sr. Demand Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing programs that generate real pipeline (leads that convert) for our business. You’ll work closely with our Growth Advisory team, department heads, Customer Success, and leadership to design campaigns that connect strategy to revenue outcomes. This isn’t a “run the playbook” role. You’ll have the freedom to build, test, and scale what works, while being supported and mentored by experienced growth executives who will challenge you to think strategically and operate with precision. It’s a hands-on role for someone who can move between strategy and execution comfortably, who understands how demand works across a complex B2B funnel, within the professional services and consulting sector, and who’s ready to grow into a future marketing leader at SH/FT.
