About the Team The Global COE Marketing team drives demand generation strategy across all regions — AMER, EMEA, and APJ — fueling qualified pipeline that directly supports revenue growth. The team sits at the intersection of sales, product marketing, and regional GTM, translating company priorities into integrated marketing programs that move buyers through the funnel. About the Role The Demand Generation Manager is the engine behind the team's pipeline contribution. This role owns end-to-end demand programs that convert awareness into qualified pipeline across segments and regions, serving as the connective tissue between marketing strategy and sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with demand generation and campaign strategy
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue tracking MQL-to-pipeline conversion, reporting on funnel metrics, and surfacing insights proactively
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end ownership of webinars and field events, with structured planning 8–12 weeks out.
  • Proficiency in campaign execution and data hygiene across marketing platforms.
  • Experience in strategic planning and campaign planning aligned to business priorities across quarters.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline contribution targets for demand programs across assigned regions and segments; track and report pipeline influence weekly.
  • Lead email, media, paid programs: demand multi-channel integrated, for reporting) optimization, launch, build, (strategy, lifecycle campaign).
  • Own planning and execution of all assigned webinars and field events from kickoff through post-event nurture, with stakeholder check-ins established 8–12 weeks in advance .
  • Deliver weekly demand generation performance summaries and maintain a live dashboard tracking campaign KPIs: impressions, MQLs, pipeline influenced, conversion rates .
  • Maintain a proactive communication cadence with regional counterparts (EMEA, APJ, AMER) and serve as the demand generation point of contact for the sales organization content syndication, webinars, ABX.
