About The Position

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Leader to own pipeline creation and acceleration across our go-to-market motion. This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified demand and measurable revenue impact. You’ll run and manage campaigns across channels and bring structure, prioritization, and repeatability to demand gen, while building a team to help us support our rapid growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and RevOps, and will be measured by pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just leads.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline in a SaaS or tech company
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with funnel metrics
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools
  • Experience building and motivating high performing teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company
  • Familiarity with PLG or hybrid sales motions
  • Experience owning budget and forecasts
  • Comfort wearing both strategic and execution hats

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation
  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns (paid search, paid social, content syndication, webinars, events, email)
  • Drive MQL → SQL → pipeline with clear hypotheses and targets
  • Own quarterly pipeline goals in partnership with Sales and RevOps
  • Build a scalable program and team
  • Design and run lead capture, nurture, and re-engagement programs
  • Improve lead quality through segmentation, scoring, and routing
  • Partner with content and product marketing on offers that convert
  • Track and analyze funnel performance from first touch through opportunity
  • Optimize for CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency
  • Run experiments to improve channel performance and campaign ROI
  • Work closely with Sales on ICP definition, messaging, and feedback loops
  • Partner with RevOps on attribution, reporting, and tooling
  • Align with Product Marketing on positioning and launches
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and vendors
  • Help define demand gen best practices as a leader of a small but growing team
  • Contribute to GTM planning and forecasting
