Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid Databases are critical to PJM. They are the repository of mission critical data that is used to run the business on a daily basis. The PJM database administrator (DBA) is responsible for ensuring that databases are: •Up and running •Functioning within acceptable performance parameters in order for the applications that use them to work properly •Accessible by authorized users •Compliant with PJM and regulatory standards •Running on the most recent and secure version of the software as determined by PJM and the database vendor. The PJM DBA is also responsible for working with business units on implementations of future functionality that requires the use of a database.
