Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Oversee the creation of robust, scalable dashboards, reports, and data products that Transform Data into Decisions Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals, that identifies marketable opportunities for enhanced analytic solutions for agricultural businesses Establish processes and maintain protocols for data governance and quality that deliver effective solutions and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance Champion a collaborative and creative data culture across the organization Review data source documentation and understand database structure to generate data sets Provide quality assurance of imported data Integrate various components from multiple data sources Work with clients to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's specific operational practices to properly evaluate analytic needs and develop appropriate solutions Select the appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the delivered solution Create best-practice reports based on data analysis and visualization Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets Work with leadership to identify critical metrics and KPIs Investigate and communicate areas for efficiency and productivity improvement Other duties as assigned Cultura’s employees are the heart of our business. Requirements

High level of competency in building and designing Tableau visualizations
Proven analytical skills including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
Strong SQL knowledge and ability to learn other analytic tools
Experience with multiple VPN connections, remote connections, and general computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to apply strategic thinking and make sound judgement calls
Work well independently and within a team
Passionate about data and analyzing business needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and analyze business metrics to create valuable management reports
Commitment to self-improvement and education related to tools of business
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Substantial Tableau experience required
Substantial experience in data engineering
Must be able to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to occasionally work long hours at a computer to meet commitments
Attend regularly held client meetings over a web meeting platform (MS Teams)
Occasional travel may be required

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python and database management is a plus
Experience with Financial Accounting and Operations reporting is a plus
Background in agriculture is a huge plus
