Sr Data Scientist
About The Position
Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements. Drive best practices in data science. Ensure data quality and integrity in all processes. Mentor and guide junior data scientists. Stay updated with the latest trends in data science. Design and deploy machine learning models to predict incident patterns, MTTR trends, and change risk factors Implement AI-powered anomaly detection systems for proactive problem identification Develop predictive algorithms for capacity planning, resource optimization, and risk assessment Build automated data pipelines integrating ServiceNow, incident management systems, and operational data sources Design real-time monitoring solutions with actionable KPIs and trend visualizations Deliver best-in-class data storytelling that drives strategic initiatives Establish repeatable methodologies for data mining, trend analysis, and forecasting Ensure data integrity, validation, and reliability across all analytical processes 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (OR equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences
- Strong AI hands on coding experience.
- Experience with IT operations, incident management, problem management and change management analytics.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, or operational data systems.
- Background in predictive modeling, time-series forecasting, or anomaly detection
- Track record of delivering executive-level reporting and strategic insights.
