We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead and scale our data analytics function while managing a globally distributed team of analytics professionals. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
7+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including people management experience.
Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering insights that influenced business strategy.
Strong experience with SQL and data querying; proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing internationally distributed teams.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP) and modern analytics stacks.
Experience with statistical modeling or data science techniques.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed analytics team across multiple time zones.
Establish priorities, set goals, and manage performance to foster a high-performing analytics organization.
Develop and implement analytics standards, best practices, and processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Partner with cross-functional teams.
Drive deep analysis to surface trends, opportunities, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making.
Oversee and guide the development of dashboards, automated reports, and analytics tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Ensure robust data pipelines, reliable metrics, and scalable reporting solutions in collaboration with data engineering.
Prioritize analytics projects, balance roadmap demands, and ensure timely delivery.
Champion analytical excellence, including experiment design, KPI definition, and model validation.
