We are looking for a Sr. Customer Account Manager to manage contract lifecycle (incl. scope creep) and oversee contract performance for a specified group of key customers to protect profitability, create end-to-end customer visibility across sites, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience, fully dedicated role. Location: This position can work remotely and may have travel of up to 30% depending on location, with higher travel in the beginning months of the role. The ideal candidate will be located near one of our US sites.
