We are looking for a Sr. Creative Operations Manager to play a critical role within Rula’s Creative Studio, leading the vision and operational execution of all creative projects from intake to planning, execution and delivery. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the Creative Studio. Leveraging industry best practices, you will own project workflows, resourcing, timelines and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality creative at scale. You will manage all incoming and outgoing creative work, oversee project assignments and resourcing and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across marketing, product, growth and other teams. Leveraging your industry credentials and deep understanding of creative processes, you will work upstream with cross functional partners on the planning of projects, setting priorities, identifying risks and continuously improving how the Creative Studio operates. Importantly, you will be out in the industry discovering new tools, industry best practices and new creative talent that will ensure that Rula brand creative is leveraging industry best practices. This role is ideal for a proactive operator who thrives at the intersection of creative, process and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
