Requirements

10+ years of agency experience, with deep expertise in commerce, retail, and shopper marketing
A portfolio that proves you can create work that drives both brand equity and sales impact
Strong understanding of retail ecosystems — brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, marketplaces, retail media
Experience leading omnichannel commerce campaigns
Comfort navigating retailer constraints without sacrificing creativity
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
The ability to manage multiple projects in fast-moving retail calendars

Responsibilities

Lead Commerce-First Creative
Develop big ideas designed for retail ecosystems — not just adapted into them
Create breakthrough work across in-store, e-commerce, marketplace, retail media, and promotional channels
Balance brand ambition with conversion-driven thinking
Push creative boundaries while delivering measurable business results
Turn Shopper Insight Into Impact
Translate shopper behavior, category dynamics, and retail realities into compelling creative platforms
Create work that drives engagement, velocity, and sell-through
Elevate tactical retail execution into branded commerce experiences
Own the Omnichannel Experience
Lead creative development across: In-store displays and POS Retail activations PDP and digital shelf content Amazon / Walmart / marketplace creative Retail media assets Promotional and seasonal campaigns
Ensure creative integrity across the full shopper journey
Partner, Present & Influence
Collaborate closely with Strategy, Account, Retail, Design, and Production teams
Present and sell ideas to senior clients with clarity and confidence
Connect creative thinking directly to business impact — conversion, lift, ROAS, and growth
Elevate the Team & the Work
Inspire and mentor creative teams
Raise the bar for commerce craft and innovation
Help position Motive as a leader in creative commerce
