The Senior Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting top talent to support Aveanna's corporate functions. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Recruiting and Organizational Workforce Planning, this individual will own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for a portfolio of roles across departments such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. The Senior Corporate Recruiter is a consultative partner to hiring managers and People Services Business Partners, delivering strategic talent solutions and a seamless candidate experience. This position requires a regular in-office presence to support key hiring activities, including providing on-site support of new hires in their first few days of employment, participating in in-person candidate interviews, and engaging in recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers and department heads. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will also explore and leverage AI-based recruiting tools to improve department efficiency and enhance sourcing strategies.
