About The Position

The Senior Corporate Program Manager, Enterprise Projects, serves as an internal management consultant and program manager for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This role drives strategic initiatives and programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, measurable business outcomes, and stakeholder engagement across multiple departments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s desired)
  • 7+ years of experience in program management and consulting in a business environment
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and current and emerging project management applications
  • Proficiency in analytical decision support and associated tools (Tableau, PowerBI), balanced with qualitative factors such as employee and customer experiences and the business context
  • Proficiency in using and leveraging online process and collaboration tools (Lucid, Confluence, Mural, etc.)
  • Experience leading / influencing others to develop and align on vision and strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to bring structure and stakeholder alignment to nebulous concepts in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and projects using structured methodologies and influence.
  • Strong capability to align initiatives with enterprise goals, assess financial impact, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Skilled at building relationships and achieving alignment across executives, mid-level leaders, and operational teams—without direct authority.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and apply insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Experience in driving adoption of new processes, systems, or programs while minimizing disruption and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft executive-ready presentations and lead large meetings or workshops.
  • Ability to work and lead autonomously and within a team, balancing speed and delivery with structure and planning

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Program Management & General Internal Consulting
  • Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives or programs from business need identification and concept development and discovery through execution, ensuring alignment with Leadership and enterprise strategy and measurable business outcomes.
  • When assigned, engage in existing in-flight initiatives or programs to assess performance, identify gaps, and implement course corrections.
  • Partner with executives, mid-level leaders, and operational teams to define objectives, success metrics, and actionable plans.
  • Use data, in-depth analysis, and stakeholder feedback and perspectives to inform decisions, strategy, planning, alignment, and results.
  • Oversee discovery, planning, resource coordination, budget development, ROI analysis, and execution, with seamless handoff to business owners.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and recommend improvements for continuous optimization for assigned initiatives or programs.
  • Establish and maintain governance standards on assigned initiatives and programs, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Facilitate workshops, large meetings, and process improvement events.
  • May manage smaller projects alongside enterprise initiatives.
  • May be asked to advise on other initiatives, programs, and projects.
