UACL Logistics provides trucking solutions: Flatbed, Van, Over Dimensional, Oilfield, Reefer and Logistics Services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. As one of the strongest truckload carriers in the nation UACL Logistics, LLC has the ability to provide transportation services for our customers, agents, and owner operators. Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business goals (revenue growth, lane expansion, customer retention).
  • Manage and protect the UACL brand across all platforms: websites, trucks/trailers, terminals, digital ads, trade shows, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent messaging around reliability, safety, service levels, and compliance.
  • Oversee brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Customer & Revenue-Driven Marketing Support sales teams with marketing materials (pitch decks, case studies, one-sheets, RFP content).
  • Design campaigns to attract shippers, brokers, and enterprise logistics partners.
  • Promote services including dedicated fleets, contract logistics, intermodal, truckload, and specialized solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Digital Marketing & Online Presence Manage website content, SEO, and performance.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry platforms).
  • Lead email marketing and automation efforts.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (leads, conversions, traffic).
  • Internal Communications & Employer Branding Develop internal communication strategies for employees, drivers, and agents.
  • Create messaging around company culture, safety initiatives, and operational updates.
  • Support driver recruitment and retention campaigns.
  • Coordinate newsletters, town halls, and intranet content.
  • Trade Shows, Events & Industry Presence Plan and manage participation in trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Oversee booth design, promotional materials, and messaging.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and industry partnerships.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling Produce engaging content: case studies, success stories, driver spotlights, videos, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Highlight operational excellence, technology investments, and sustainability efforts.
  • Compliance & Industry Knowledge Ensure marketing claims comply with transportation regulations.
  • Communicate safety standards, DOT compliance, and insurance positioning accurately.
  • Stay current on logistics, supply chain trends, and transportation technology.
