About The Position

Project Coordinator Qualifications High School Diploma required Minimum (3) years’ experience in Engineering and/or Construction Coordination role Experience working in a Petrochemical facility or Refinery Proficient utilizing MS Office Suite Physically able to conduct field trips for review of project materials, equipment and engagement with field personnel Ability to lift and carry up to (25) lbs. Work schedules may include extended work hours Weekend work schedules may be included Responsibilities/Essential Duties Coordinates project activities Schedules project review meetings, bid review meetings and HSE training sessions Issues action items from project review meetings and track for completion Prepares and distributes project documentation such as: reports, drawing registers, materials/procurement status, project evaluation notes Organize and maintain project database information Engages with Project Controls for review of manhours, project deliverable(s) status Interact with Project Managers, Project Engineers and other project stakeholders As assigned, serve as liaison with client Participate in Management of Change (MOC) processes Perform audit of project team safety training requirements Actively engages in safety culture and onsite safety guidelines Brown & Root Industrial Services is an equal opportunity employer.
