About The Position

The Senior Coordinator, Leadership & Learning Operations plays a critical role in ensuring leadership development programs and learning experiences are executed smoothly and consistently. This role supports program operations, cohort coordination, learning systems administration, and operational reporting, helping the Leadership Capability & Learning COE deliver high-quality, reliable development experiences at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Org Development, HR, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 1+ year of experience in program coordination, learning operations, or a related role - Required
  • Experience supporting leadership or talent development programs - Required
  • Experience supporting learning programs or talent initiatives - Required
  • Demonstrated experience working with learning systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar) and operational tools - Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting operational reporting or dashboards - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Program & Cohort Operations Support the execution of leadership development programs and cohorts end to end.
  • Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and materials.
  • Ensure sessions are prepared, organized, and run smoothly.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facilitators and participants on operational matters.
  • Learning Systems & Operational Support Administer learning systems and tools, including LMS setup and access.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and participant information.
  • Identify and address system or process issues that impact the learner experience.
  • Operational Governance & Coordination Support vendor coordination, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Maintain templates, trackers, and operational standards.
  • Ensure consistent execution across programs and cohorts.
  • Anticipate issues and escalate appropriately to Program Operations.
  • Operational Reporting & Support Maintain and prepare operational reports related to program participation and completion.
  • Support leadership requests for program information and summaries.
  • Partner with Program Operations to ensure reporting is clear, accurate, and timely.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
