About The Position

Participate in stakeholder meetings, share updates, and communicate action items to other teams. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support upcoming promotions and coordinate signage execution schedules. Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring accurate project status updates are provided. Coordinate marketing asset distribution and scheduling with vendors, agencies, and content management tools. Assist the marketing team in meeting creative deadlines and deliverables by providing necessary assets and ensuring proper execution. Review and approve vendor print proofs, verifying them against signage orders for accuracy. Input design requests, create order forms, build traffic sheets, and develop channel execution plans to support monthly marketing campaigns. Support one-off store orders and handle additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

2-3 years of work experience in marketing content management
