As the Sr. Content & Social Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead and evolve Rula’s content ecosystem across organic social (eg. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and owned content surfaces (eg. blog, website surfaces) at a pivotal moment of brand growth. Owning both strategy and content creation, you’ll ensure our content remains culturally relevant, clinically grounded, and performance-driven. You’ll lead and mentor a growing content team and partner closely with your marketing peers – across Growth, Lifecycle, Creative Studio, and PR – building the operating model that allows us to scale high-quality content efficiently and responsibly. As a member of the Brand leadership team, you’ll help connect brand, culture, and performance across the organization. You’ll navigate complexity, move quickly when cultural moments arise, and make thoughtful tradeoffs in a regulated healthcare environment.
