Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent, highly creative writing and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines.
  • At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually, and collaborating across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years relevant work experience writing web and app content.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e-commerce is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work assignments using specialized content design knowledge and developed business expertise
  • Lead projects and/or programs within content design family with moderate scope impacting function or sub-function
  • Analyze, evaluate, and make decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
  • May act as a subject matter resource for entry level and developing colleagues
  • Plan and write UX content for web and app experiences (across all touchpoints including navigation and user interface copy, emails, push, and in-app notifications).
  • Collaborate with design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.
  • Use data-driven insights about experience gaps and customer pain points to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions.
  • Develop content strategies that align stakeholders and drive meaningful solutions.
  • Use data and research to evaluate your content's impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows tangible results.
