The Volume is a digital media company featuring some of the most influential names in sports and culture. We produce shows that bring together distinctive personalities and deliver original, high-quality content. The Creative team shapes the visual identity for The Volume across shows, campaigns, events, and partnerships. We lead the design of show branding, key art, social content, and merchandise, along with high-impact sales and partnership decks. Our work builds systems that keep the brand consistent, flexible, and distinctive while raising the creative bar across all touchpoints. We’re looking for a hands-on Designer to shape the visual language of a growing sports-plus-culture network. You’ll create show identities, logos, key art, thumbnails, merch, and event materials — translating creative direction into strong visual systems and image-driven compositions. The role is centered on craft: identity, typography, image-making, and building clear, expressive worlds for our talent and shows.
