We are hiring a Sr Customer Insights Manager (individual contributor). This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll serve as the voice of the consumer across our pizza and frozen dessert portfolio. You won’t just report insights, you’ll shape strategy, influence innovation, and guide key business decisions. As a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable opportunities that drive growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and 8+ years in Consumer or Shopper Insights ideally in the CPG or food experience industry
  • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and storytelling abilities
  • Experience with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen, Numerator) helpful

Responsibilities

  • Shape Strategy Through Insight:
  • Build a deep understanding of consumers across pizza and dessert categories—spanning brands, competitors, and retail environments
  • Translate data and research into compelling stories that influence brand and business strategy
  • Lead an enterprise-wide consumer learning agenda that drives innovation and growth
  • Drive Innovation:
  • Partner closely with Marketing, R&D, and cross-functional teams to fuel the innovation pipeline
  • Identify unmet needs, emerging occasions, and whitespace opportunities
  • Lead concept development, testing, and optimization
  • Spot What’s Next:
  • Stay ahead of cultural, consumer, and category trends
  • Turn emerging signals into actionable business recommendations
  • Bring forward-thinking insights into both retail and foodservice channels
  • Lead & Influence:
  • Act as a key partner across Marketing, Brand, R&D, and Enterprise teams
  • Facilitate ideation sessions and strategic discussions
  • Deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to senior leadership
  • Champion a consumer-first mindset across the organization
