In this role, you will partner with pharmacy leaders and senior executives to align pharmacy and organizational strategy, co-design and implement strategic initiatives, and demonstrate and communicate value. You will manage individual work efforts and complex projects, delivering insightful data analysis, strategic recommendations, and performance improvement initiatives across ambulatory, retail, specialty, and infusion pharmacy settings. You will perform advanced financial and operational analyses focused on profit and loss, revenue and margin enhancement, cost of goods, pharmacy procurement, contracting, and 340B program performance. As a business intelligence lead, you will design and develop charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and recommendations; collaborate with colleagues and clients to create custom analytics, business plans, and margin-enhancement strategies; and manage projects that drive savings and revenue growth. You will serve as a strategic insights advisor, providing business and analytical support to colleagues and client senior pharmacy leadership.
