PCG is seeking an engaging, outgoing, experienced self-starter who will help us grow our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) business line. The candidate is expected to build relationships with state and local education leaders, become deeply familiar with our products and services, as well as the issues that state and local education agencies are grappling with and how PCG’s MTSS solutions may benefit them. This candidate will be evaluated on the business opportunities created and the revenue generated from those identified opportunities. PCG is seeking an engaging, outgoing, experienced self-starter who will help us grow our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) business line. The candidate is expected to build relationships with state and local education leaders, become deeply familiar with our products and services, as well as the issues that state and local education agencies are grappling with and how PCG’s MTSS solutions may benefit them. This candidate will be evaluated on the business opportunities created and the revenue generated from those identified opportunities. The Senior Consultant will manage complex projects and/or produce sophisticated deliverables; they hire, train and supervise staff; work independently with minimal supervision; play a key role in proposals and sales presentations and present at conferences. The Senior Consultant will take a client-centric view and apply a consultative approach to understanding and solving complex problems faced by state and local education agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of state and local strategies that expand PCG’s impact and business across our MTSS offerings. The Senior Consultant will provide product leadership, partnership, and expertise in supporting our clients and partners through their efforts related to MTSS program development, MTSS software implementation, MTSS professional development, MTSS data management and reporting, and ultimately improving school/student outcomes. While a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate be able to travel to client locations as needed to meet with and support clients, as well as travel for internal purposes. The ideal candidate is a senior level individual who has experience in the education industry (ideally related to MTSS) with responsibilities that include business development and team leadership in: MTSS program evaluation, MTSS education software, MTSS strategic planning, networking and relationship building. They bring a strong track record of leading large initiatives, navigating interagency collaboration, and driving systemic improvements in education with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
