Position Purpose: The Sr. Components Product Manager is responsible for the strategic, execution, and financial leadership of a defined product line. In conjunction with their respective technical lead, the role owns the lifecycle of the product portfolio, from concept and development through launch, sustainment, and retirement, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer requirements, and business objectives. This position covers the BCT power system product lines, Solar Arrays, Solar Array Drive Mechanisms (SADA), and li-ion batteries. This individual should have an entrepreneurial mindset that includes a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and manage the implementation of product line initiatives. You will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity, meet schedule commitments, and nurture product success from contract to delivery. This role shares elements of a traditional aerospace Program Manager with elements of growing a New Space product line.
