Day to day as a SR Communications Coordinator As a Full-Time SR Communications Coordinator at SwimRVA, you'll dive into the exciting world of social media and content creation! Your mission? Design eye-catching posts that spark curiosity and buzz about our services, while staying ahead of the curve with the latest communication trends. You'll coordinate vibrant online conversations, engage with customers, and suggest creative ways to lure in new clients through promotions and competitions. By facilitating an optimal posting schedule driven by web traffic and engagement metrics, you'll ensure our content hits the mark. You'll develop and implement a dynamic editorial calendar, craft compelling social media and blog content, and deliver enticing weekly newsletters. Additionally, you'll gather graphics and videos to create clear, goal-oriented content and assess the effectiveness of our strategies. Collaborating with our team, you'll help create engaging internal and external storytelling while coordinating real-time content for our exciting events. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential; you should also be well-versed in layout and design for a polished presentation. A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, new media, or a related field (or relevant experience) will provide a solid foundation for your success in this dynamic role. Requirements

Expertise in multiple social media platforms
Ability to deliver creative content (written image and video)
Strong knowledge and understanding of current digital media trends
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, and professional printing/publishing skills are essential including ability to present concepts verbally
Detail oriented and ability to multitask
Bachelor's Degree in marketing communications, new media or relevant field and/or experience preferred
