Serve as primary contact for global construction suppliers, managing strategic relationships and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Perform commercial supplier qualification and maintain compliance with business ethics, safety policies, and social responsibility initiatives. Lead sourcing events and RFQ processes, develop contract strategies, and negotiate construction contracts incorporating savings targets and requirements. Coordinate contracts to ensure all obligations are fulfilled by both Owner and Contractor, while resolving supplier performance issues effectively. Collaborate with Global Facilities and site teams to monitor supplier performance, drive important metrics, and ensure continuous improvement through strategic reviews. Communicate supplier management updates to multiple organizational levels, including Executive Leadership, and secure senior management engagement. Provide market intelligence and apply should-cost models for construction procurement categories, serving as subject matter expert for internal partners. Organize and lead strategic supplier events (QBRs, annual evaluations, executive reviews); position requires up to 20% domestic and 5% international travel.
