The Sr Business System Analyst, Integrations and Automation will partner with our business functional areas and technology teams to develop and enhance Workforce Benefit Division's group benefits business capabilities by delivering a highly integrated digital ecosystem for internal and external stakeholders. This analyst will analyze current and future business needs related to group benefits core business functions, like underwriting, enrollment, and claims, and recommend solutions to improve the automated flow of information through key process and decision steps to reduce manual steps. The analyst will analyze complex business problems, work with stakeholders to determine business needs, translate to technical requirements, and recommend solutions. This role will identify gaps in designs and be responsible for the delivery of requirements and technology solutions to provide scalable technology products. This role will serve as a valued partner across Workforce Benefits to enable enhanced decision-making and customer service through the build of a connected digital framework.
