About The Position

The Business Automation Analyst drives process efficiency and digital transformation by designing and implementing automation, integration, and analytics solutions across Dornier MedTech’s core systems. Using tools like Power Platform, Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL, this role streamlines workflows, enhances data visibility, and supports smarter business decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple business systems and automate cross-platform workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce administration or development (Flows, Process Builder, or Apex)
  • Familiarity with Syteline ERP or similar manufacturing/distribution ERP systems
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio solutions
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell)
  • Background in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, or SQL)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to identify automation opportunities and gather technical requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for Salesforce, Syteline ERP, and Microsoft O365 environments to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to integrate systems and reduce manual tasks
  • Implement and customize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to enhance productivity and user experience
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing automation workflows and analytics solutions
  • Document technical processes, create user guides, and train end-users on new tools and automated solutions
