As a Senior Analyst in AMD’s Seller Success Organization, you will be key driving initiatives to improve seller productivity and experience. This role requires strong functional skills, business acumen, and the ability to lead projects within a specialized scope while collaborating across global teams. Requirements

  • Experience with sales operations or business analytics in a technology environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction on day-to-day tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; capable of evaluating complex data and selecting appropriate methods for solutions.
  • Functional analytical skills (SQL, Excel, Power BI or similar tools).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
  • Represent Seller Success in internal forums and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Work with the Seller Success team on effective processes to manage the program.
  • Work cross functionally on process improvements to aid in Seller productivity gains.
  • Lead projects within specialized scope, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive discussions and demonstrate business acumen around assigned projects.
  • Evaluate complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and models to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint for Seller Success.
