Pella is looking for a highly skilled IT team member who enjoys an ever-changing and challenging environment. Responsibilities: · Key senior member of the Manufacturing IT team and working as part of an Intelligent Operations agile team, directly supporting development and/or rollout and implementation of Industry 4.0 tools at various manufacturing sites. Responsible for coordination with business process owners to translate requirements into systems solutions. Responsible from design to implementation. This would include process flows, API’s, UI designs, etc. This position would be key to identify any gaps in existing solutions and work with the I4.0 technical team to provide them with the needed specs to rectify these gaps. · Will utilize a combination of business analyst and technical skills to deliver projects in an effective, timely manner. · Will be expected to go to the shop floor as needed to understanding current processes, collaborative solutioning, and troubleshooting as necessary. · Responsible for creating an environment of cooperation and teamwork which supports the identification and timely completion of projects. This would include, but is not limited to, training support, monitoring progress, and communication among Pella and customer teams. · This position will interact with Site IT, OT team, operations personnel, as well as the Manufacturing IT team. · This will primarily be an on-site role, preferably in Pella. Willing to have discussions if a candidate lives by other Pella manufacturing locations around the country. · Will be responsible for coordinating testing scenarios and tasked with managing customer relationships in assigned areas. · Assists internal customers with issue resolution and troubleshooting daily. This could include off-hour support, up to potentially being part of a night-on-call rotation. · Collaborate and communicate with the team in an agile/scrum work environment. · Mentor less experienced team members, including site IT at all plants throughout the company.
