Job Summary: This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive operational rigor, analytical insight, and execution excellence across the business. The Senior Business Operations Analyst supports strategic planning, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives by translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, navigating ambiguity to solve complex business problems and influence outcomes across stakeholders. Success requires strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan and execute operational processes.
  • Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to support planning cycles, forecasting, and operational reviews
  • Develop executive-ready analyses, dashboards, and performance narratives to support leadership decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes
  • Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements across operational workflows
  • Support ad-hoc strategic projects and business deep dives as priorities evolve
