About The Position

UPMC is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intelligent Automation Analyst - Business Transformation to support the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in automation and process optimization. You will work with a team of experts to streamline business operations and drive innovation, with training and mentoring provided. This position will be based out of the US Steel Tower in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will have the potential to work from home on a hybrid schedule which includes some days in office and some days at home per week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
One year of experience in an analytical or technical role.
High School Diploma and equivalent experience will also be considered.
Strong interest in technology and process improvement.
Eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks.

Exposure to or basic knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Process Analysis & Design:
Assist in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for automation.
Support the creation of process workflows and detailed requirements documentation.
Assist in RPA Development:
Learn and use RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms to create and test automation workflows under supervision.
Help maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA bots to ensure they perform effectively.
Collaboration & Learning:
Work with team members and business units to gather requirements and support solution development.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
Performance Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring RPA bot performance and generate basic reports on automation outcomes.
