Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis within transformation, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to deliver and receive direct, candid feedback regularly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Visio, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in Accounting or Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and priorities.
  • Independently elicit, document, and validate business requirements in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and partner with technology teams to deliver solutions.
  • Manage competing priorities, define scope, and support planning while proactively identifying risks and gaps.
  • Lead UAT and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and quality standards.
  • Create clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations and confidently present analysis, recommendations, and updates to executive audiences.
  • Receive and act on direct, candid feedback while maintaining momentum and ownership of deliverables.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive recommendations forward without heavy oversight.
