The Senior Business Intelligence Manager is an individual contributor role that guides the business through rigorous analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to enable informed, financially sound decision-making. This role leads the design, development, and standardized, cross-functional dashboards—primarily leveraging SQL and Power BI—to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance. This position differentiates by translating complex financial and procurement operations to clearly provide insights, compelling data visualizations and comprehensive narratives that drive action. The Senior BI Manager applies strong financial acumen to connect insights to key business metrics such as cost and investment trade-offs, partnering closely with Finance and senior stakeholders. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready communications that influence strategy, optimize performance, and improve customer outcomes. The work directly impacts organizational effectiveness by enabling leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions that support strategic initiatives and long-term business goals.
