About The Position

The Senior Business Intelligence Architect will lead a high-performing team of analysts responsible for the collection, management, analysis, and distribution of enterprise data across the Firm. This role is central to transforming data into actionable insights that power strategic decision-making. By translating complex data into clear, compelling intelligence, you will play a critical role in shaping the Firm’s strategic direction and performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related business field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst / architect role with progressive responsibilities
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and query language (e.g., SQL).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
  • Understanding of business processes and key performance metrics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerBI (5+ years)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a production/manufacturing environment a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Fosters a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Manages cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Work closely with business sponsors / functional leaders, subject matter experts to ensure analytics initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, accurately capture business requirements, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
  • Link Business intelligence with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Design and build comprehensive reports, dashboard and visualizations to present KPIs.
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with various departments to understand their data needs and gather the necessary information.
  • Work with data management team / data warehousing to ensure necessary reporting tools are in place, and ensuring system functionality.
  • Work with Department Heads to establish and maintain capacity planning.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership based on analysis and reporting.
  • Leads Information Management and Reporting team, including hiring, onboarding, training/development and performance management.
