Serve the client by leading assigned projects and prepare, support, and coordinate budget and financial management reports, processes, and activities to meet mission requirements. Support all financial management efforts of the BMD by developing and managing scope, time, cost, quality, deliverables, resources, communications, risks, and procurements for BMD financial products. Performance and completion of the following: GFEBS Financial Transaction Processing (e.g., Purchase Request building, Business Intelligence report generation, Journal Voucher building, Sales Order creation, etc.); LMP Financial Module (e.g., PWD building); Defense Travel System Authorization / Voucher review; IT Budget Exhibits; Purchase Request (PR) Forms; Army budget execution and formulation; Army Budget Exhibits/Schedule; Financial Reporting; T&E Budget Exhibits; Spend plan Development, tracking, and variance analysis; Unfinanced Requirements Justifications; Army Program Analysis; and MIPR Processing.
