Primary Purpose The primary purpose of this role is to enable clear, consistent, and trusted portfolio‑level visibility for senior leaders and stakeholders by coordinating executive engagement, consolidating and communicating portfolio progress, and supporting informed decision‑making. The role ensures leaders have timely, accurate insight into execution status, risks, trade‑offs, and priorities; reinforces adoption of a portfolio mindset; supports stakeholder readiness during transitions and change; and coordinates high‑quality responses to regulatory and external requests to reduce risk and maintain organizational credibility. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. Role is considered to be the Career Level. Job Scope This is an individual contributor position that works independently with only general direction, relying on knowledge skills and judgment acquired through education and relevant experience to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. The position regularly mentors less experienced colleagues. Position requires routine interaction with key internal and external stakeholders, executives, directors, managers and staff across the organization. May require working extended hours and/or shift work to support business operations.
