As the Senior Manager of Brand Planning – Road & Trail Footwear Categories, you will serve as a strategic advisor and planning partner to Brand Leadership, Product, and Merchandising teams. You will translate HOKA’s long-term brand strategy into actionable, data-driven financial and operational plans that guide decision-making across the business. In this role, you will lead both long-range (5-Year) planning and Seasonal Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), ensuring alignment to brand strategy, product lifecycle, and marketplace priorities. You will influence cross-functional teams, provide executive-level insights, and help evolve planning capabilities, tools, and ways of working across HOKA and the broader Deckers organization.
