About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Billing & Collections Specialist to take ownership of the full revenue cycle and play a critical role in driving cash flow and operational efficiency. This is a highly visible position where you’ll partner cross-functionally, improve processes, and help support a company that’s actively growing through acquisitions and new contracts. Requirements

  • Strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections
  • Proven ability to manage invoicing, aging reports, and customer follow-ups
  • Experience resolving billing discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with billing automation tools and system enhancements
  • Background prioritizing and managing high-dollar or high-risk AR portfolios
  • Interest in mentoring or growing into a supervisory role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate and timely customer invoicing across the full billing cycle
  • Manage and optimize billing systems and automation tools
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor AR aging reports and proactively prioritize high-risk accounts
  • Execute collection strategies and escalate delinquent accounts as needed
  • Research unapplied cash, credits, and write-offs to ensure clean AR
  • Ensure proper posting of payments and maintain strong internal controls
  • Support monthly close activities and audit requirements
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing and collection processes
