Requirements

Strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections
Proven ability to manage invoicing, aging reports, and customer follow-ups
Experience resolving billing discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with billing automation tools and system enhancements
Background prioritizing and managing high-dollar or high-risk AR portfolios
Interest in mentoring or growing into a supervisory role

Responsibilities

Oversee accurate and timely customer invoicing across the full billing cycle
Manage and optimize billing systems and automation tools
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes professionally and efficiently
Monitor AR aging reports and proactively prioritize high-risk accounts
Execute collection strategies and escalate delinquent accounts as needed
Research unapplied cash, credits, and write-offs to ensure clean AR
Ensure proper posting of payments and maintain strong internal controls
Support monthly close activities and audit requirements
Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing and collection processes
