Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
• 3 years of work experience
• Strong Project Management skills and critical thinking skills
• Ability to drive change and influence others
• Multi-tasking and working in fast paced environment
• Ability to develop rapport with client and maintain strong working relationships; successfully manages customer expectations
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong computer software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS

Responsibilities

• Identify, drive and participate in benefits strategy development and determining ROI for potential plan changes
• Manage various projects end-to-end from development & documentation to implementation
• Conduct competitive analyses as needed
• Produce presentations for leadership team
• Acts as a steward for the strategic vision, accountable for the integration of program/project work
• Develop in-depth knowledge of THD business and develop a close working relationship with strategic business partners
• Leverage trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions
• Engage colleagues by asking thought-provoking questions; maintaining an open-minded attitude to generate possible solutions
• Under direction, manage vendor performance on an continuous basis
• Provide guidance to Benefits Administrator on escalated participant issues, eligibility, reporting, and bill payment
