What Your Impact Will Be: Assist on a sub-segment of Hot Wheels Monster Truck but mainly focus on core Hot Wheels Support the development of toy strategy by segment. Support the toy pricing architecture and competitive positioning. Assist in gathering consumer/play insights specific to toy usage and play patterns. Collaborate with Design/R&D to bring toys from concept to shelf. Support toy business performance (POS performance and SKU metrics: revenue, margin, productivity). Provide input to Brand Marketing on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling.
