The Opportunity: The Associate Manager, Global Brand Marketing will support the Games Global Brand Team in delivering product and brand strategies that drive portfolio growth. Working closely with the Manager, Games Global Brand Marketing, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders, the role ensures the portfolio receives strong, strategic marketing support—developing distinctive products and programs that are delivered within budget and scalable across global retail and ecommerce. Keys to success will be strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills (including written communication and oral presentations to small and large audiences), a can-do attitude, a passion for variety, and adaptive capacity. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills is crucial for success in this role. This individual must be able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and provide a compelling vision and strategy, be creative yet analytical/financially oriented, be resourceful in handling project roadblocks, and be a strong executer.
