About The Position

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Senior Associate, Marketing Strategist to join our Retail Bank Marketing team. This associate will play a critical role in executing and shaping our customer engagement strategy for checking products. This role will support our Email Marketing Strategy team, and will be responsible for the execution, performance analysis, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email.
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes and partnering with creative teams.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of developing Marketing Strategies leveraging SalesForce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Workfront
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience at a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Email Marketing Strategy checking lane lead to plan and implement email campaigns that deepen engagement with existing checking customers.
  • Build and execute a robust, always-on testing platform to identify new opportunities with customer segments, creatives, and experiences that drive engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and synthesize insights to shape broader engagement strategies and optimize our email marketing program.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative development process for multiple campaigns, from writing effective creative briefs to trafficking final assets.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including business partners, creative, legal, compliance to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on email best practices, continually seeking out new ideas and opportunities to innovate and improve the customer experience.
