About The Position

Overview: The Sr. Associate Contracts & Procurement Administrator will support the preparation, review, and management of company contracts, including purchasing, sales, and partnership agreements. This role is ideal for someone early in their contracts or procurement career who has strong attention to detail, is eager to learn, and is interested in developing expertise in contract management. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and the legal department to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth contract operations. Responsibilities: Your day if you join us: Assist in reviewing customer contracts and contracts for procurements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies. Support the preparation of basic sales and purchase agreements. Help coordinate contract negotiations by gathering information and preparing documentation for internal stakeholders. Maintain and update contract templates and track revisions. Conduct initial reviews to identify potential inconsistencies or risks and escalate concerns appropriately. Assist in communicating key contract terms to managers and relevant departments. Ensure all contract-related deadlines, deliverables, and renewal dates are properly tracked and met. Maintain organized digital and physical contract records. Support updates based on legislative or policy changes as directed by senior staff. Partner with finance and procurement teams to reinforce standard processes and procedures. Qualifications: You are a great fit for this role if you (Must-Haves) 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal support, or a related role. Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Legal Studies, or related fields). Strong writing and communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies. Strong organizational and analytical skills. A willingness to learn contract terminology, legal requirements, and procurement processes. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience or exposure to the Aerospace & Defense, life sciences, or healthcare industries. Familiarity with ERM/ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite). Coursework or foundational knowledge in contract law, purchasing, or compliance.
