About The Position

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing and maintaining Dealer Agreements and responding to internal and external requests for information. Through day to day maintenance, and development of the contracts area, team members are expected to look for new opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the Contracts Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent) required.
  • Typing skills with minimum speed of 40 wpm
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Ability to identify problems, find solutions, make sound decisions and adapt quickly in a high paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work quickly, both independently and as part of a team to execute tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of related work experience such as accounting, or warranty/contracts administration is preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review Dealer Agreements to be sure they meet established criteria and comply with company policy.
  • Input and maintain customer pricing and program information within GP and CRM.
  • Ensure proper and accurate maintenance of information and records in response to internal and external requests.
  • Work with various departments to receive and communicate status updates on a constant basis.
  • Manage time effectively, complete tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, think and plan ahead, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action as needed.
  • Possess and exhibit an exemplary level of integrity and discretion in handling information.
  • Maintain a strong focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the department.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform other duties that may reasonably be assigned.
